Shipping

After receiving your order confirmation email, I'll process it within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the garment to be made with care. After that, I'll go to the post office. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Packaging You will receive your artwork wrapped in a protective plastic sleeve and mailed in a rigid card inside the envelope so that it is well prepared. 

Shipping Time Calculations: We pack and ship all items within 3 to 5 working days of purchase.

  • Portugal: Ctt Post Standard Post: 3-7 business days

  • Europe: Ctt Standard Post: 10-22 business days

If your order takes longer than the estimated time, please double-check the submitted address, check with your local post, and contact us with your inquiry.

We will make the delivery in accordance with the agreed delivery dates to every extent possible; however, the Buyer acknowledges that the delivery dates are based on the circumstances of which the Seller is aware at the time at which the Agreement is concluded and, insofar as they are dependent on work or services to be provided by third parties, on the information that such third parties provide to the Seller.

Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay payments. 

Customs, duties, Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Margarida Atelier is not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Europe Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:  Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MARGARIDA ATELIER is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Please bear in mind that these times may change due to factors external to us and that we're not responsible for it, but are always available to help you in case an order is delayed.

If you're absent during the delivery, your order will be held at a pick-up point for a certain period of time. If you're not able to pick up your order, it will be returned to us. In this case, we will not refund you for shipping costs. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us by EMAIL with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Margarida Atelier will be not responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You have 14 days to express your will to return the product, and another 14 days to return the product after the return is accepted. If these times are not followed, we reserve the right not to refund you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. The refund will be credited to the same payment method as the purchase was made unless it isn't possible.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at amfnobre@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
