We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. MARGARIDA ATELIER will not be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
If 14 days have passed since the delivery of the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You have 14 days to express your will to return the product and another 14 days to return the product after the return is accepted. If these times are not followed, we reserve the right not to refund you.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at amfnobre@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
